Love the way this plugin lets me customize my forms, plus the documentation is easy to access and follow, a big plus. Five stars, thanks guys.
Nice!
Forms
Its a nice plugin that provides login and signup functionality with default role for the user and auto generate username, password facility. Also in new update, can there be password strength meter?
Opt-in from other forms?
Does the Constant Contact plugin integrate with any other WordPress form plugins that would enable us to add the Constant Contact opt-in to other forms (beyond the comment form, which the plugin already allows)?
Thanks,

Registration and login forms?
How do I create registration and login forms? Can I do this within UAM? Within WP itself? Or do I need another plugin?
The information about UAM does mention custom login forms but so far I haven’t been able to find them and would be grateful for some help with both login and registration forms.
Thank you.

Re-Submitable Contact Form Plugin
Hi,
I am looking for a wordpress plugin where a user can submit their answer, but then go back and change it if needed. Or, submit their answers and then they are saved and printed on a page.
Any ideas? Really hoped ninja forms or contact form 7 had this functionality but sadly doesn’t.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Form not visible in WordPress page: Zero BS CRM Form Creator
Hello,
Thank you for the great CRM plugin, just what I need
I have made a form in the Zero BS CRM Form Creator. When I go to the URL: https://crm.wijzettenjouonline.nl/wp-content/plugins/zero-bs-crm/wild/form-templates/simple.php?fid=10
The form won’t show up. Even when I try to add the code below into a WordPress page located on a different website:
<iframe src=’https://crm.wijzettenjouonline.nl/wp-content/plugins/zero-bs-crm/wild/form-templates/simple.php?fid=10′ height=’300px’ width=’700px’ style=’border:0px!important’></iframe>
Did I overlooked something?
Thank you in advance for your help, it is really appreciated.
Kind regards,
Eric
Quick and Easy Forms
I have used Gravity Forms, Ninja and Contact Form 7. This is by far the best plug-in to build a great form quickly. The pro version extends its capabilities. Highly recommended!
Creating Multiple Forms running at the same time
Hi there, love your plug in and use it for all my clients. However, I am creating different lists and would love a different sign up form for each separate list.
Right now, I can only create one form at a time.
Am I missing something?
Thanks!

Form data to front end
Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a plugin or method that can help me get certain parts of my registration form into the front-end. I would like to create a page that shows the last members that registered and show some of their information on a public page.
Is there a plugin that can do that and is not too expensive? If not how can I try to make a code for this myself?
Thanks in advance!

Passing values from one Contact Form 7 form to another in WordPress
Hi,
I would like to ask you if you can help me with the following:
I want to create a website for a hotel which will be built with the following demo & theme: http://codex-themes.com/thegem/hotel-02/
As you will see, there is a short contact form built in at the home revolution slider with some fields on it like Check-in date, Check out date, Room type and Childrens. What I want to do is to replace the “BOOK” button with a “REQUEST NOW” button which will redirect to a reservation form page (that I will create with contact form 7 plugin). When the user will be redirected to this page, the dates, room type and childrens will be already filled by the first step and he will only have to fill his personal information into big contact form of this page and submit his request. Is there any way to achieve this?
I have found a relevant article here : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15415794/how-to-pass-values-from-one-contact-form-7-form-to-another-in-wordpress
Thanx in advance.
Insert a third party form into a wordpress page via custom javascript
Hi there,
I am trying to integrate a third party (which runs on my current website) form into a wordpress page.
You can see that form here :http://2m.com.au/translators.html
The developer has sent me the files of the form which include php, styles, javascript/jquery and 2 mySQL tables.
So far I have been able to sort of insert partially the form (just a few questions would display) via a custom php file (where I pasted the code sent form the developer) that I use as the page template. Although I am not getting the full form properly.
I have very limited javascript skills, anyone has an idea how I could work this out ?
Thanks for helping.
Kind regards
Thomas
Making a Select List in a Page from Taxonomies or Categories
Is it possible to use a taxonomy or categories in a select list in a form? I Want users to register by country and to have the country in their individual profile.
This is a customized list of limited countries so a country list plugin is not an ideal. I’d rather add countries in the future than try to limit the 20 or so I need from a list of all countries.
I’m sure there must be a query that grabs the array of taxonomies or (custom) categories for rendering it into a drop-down list.
Thanks for guidance, suggestions or help.
EDIT: I found this page and will play around with the functions: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_dropdown_categories
Sweet for Prototyping Web Apps (Great Hooks & Filters)
Been using WP User FrontEnd for several years, it takes the pain out of forms especially when prototyping web apps and user interactions with custom posts.
Form Fields not Showing
We are looking to show location on our apply forms. We have checked all our job listings and have that as a required field but the only fields showing on the inline form are the standard FN, LN, Email, Phone, Resume, Cover Letter, and a few custom questions. If I switch the settings in the plugin to display an iFrame form then Location shows on the apply form.
Additionally, in the plugin settings. How do you utilize the “Form Fields” option where the instructions state “Select the form fields you would like to display on your apply forms by default, List either the form labels or names from greenhouse. Note that this is only used when using inline forms (and not iframes)”?
Custom WooCommerce Form
I’m trying to figure out the best way to tackle this situation.
What I need is a firm on my from page that allows visitors to input their customer information that will be stored in WoocCommerce’s database upon purchase and a submit link for that form that will add a specific single product to their cart and redirect to their cart all in one click after having filled out the form fields and clicking ‘Order Now’.
Can this be done with a few plugins or what’s the best way to achieve this?
Great plugin
I have used this plugin on a few sites and found it most satisfactory. I would recommend it to anyone!
Excelent!!!! I am So Happy
