As discussed, here is a feature proposal :
FEATURE : Add an option to trigger a form automatically after X messages
Requires : MxChat Smart Forms Addon
Usecase : You have created a MxChat Form you would like to use as a closing tool for discussions, after a bit of chatting with the visitor/user
e.g. Creating a ticket after a self-help phase of ~25 messages
UX/UI integration : In the global settings of MxChat, next to the maximum number of messages per day for different types of user (mostly visitors/unlogged) allow a variation to be set up
In the shape of something like “Force and/or Suggest the form XXXXX after YYYY messages”
ALTERNATIVE : Allow Smart Forms to be referenced/used in the system prompt
NOTE : This also acts as a variation regarding how SmartForms are triggered, in addition to trigger words
Behavior : After the designated X number of messages, the ChatBot would then prompt the user with something like “I think a human could help you better with this issue/subject. Here is a form you can fill out to forward your request to our Support/Sales Team 
”
And therefore soft/hard block the discussion there
OPTIONAL :
- Allow the Admin to enter a short description for each SmartForm to help the ChatBot get context about it ?
