slingad on "User Specific Data"

This is probably simple but I cant seem to figure it out. I want to be able to add a page with fields on it. For example a settings page with a setting 1 text box, setting 2 text area, etc. Then, when a user logs in to the site, they see their specific data that they have entered in those fields. They can then change the data in those fields and click save which sends an email to the admin with the data in the fields. I hope this is clear, any help would be very appreciated. Thank in advance.
