roslynwebmaster on "Any form plugin program bounces to Paypal w/o submitting form"

I've tried c forms and a few others, and whatever form people submit on the wordpress based webpage, the form doesn't go to the email it's supposed to and instead bounces the user to a Paypal payment page.

Any suggestions?!
