Request: Apply Comment Blacklist to Forms for Spam Suppression

I have a feature request for the Spectra form block: allow it to use the Comments blacklist (AKA Disallowed Comment Keys in Settings > Discussion) to prevent spammy form submissions.

Contact Form 7 uses this feature very effectively to help cut back on spam and adding this as a feature to Spectra forms would be super awesome and encourage me to use Spectra forms instead of CF7 forms more often.
