MikeSmith1 on "Can't Make a New Form"

I am a brand new user and I am trying to make my first form.

My administrator says there is considerable documentation on how to make forms. I cannot find any documentation. So I am attempting the use the support forum.

I get the part about adding a single line of entry text. But I have to be able to write instructions on the form as well. e.g. "Last Name", "First Name" etc. How do I write instructions on the form?
