Constant Contact new Inline Forms

I’m unable to figure out how to update an existing widget at the footer of the website that currently links to a legacy Constant Contact form.(the form is no longer anywhere on Constant Contact)

Constant Contact’s new sign up forms do not contain raw HTML, so I’m unable to update the data in the eNews Extended Widget.

Can I please get some help.

I don’t want to lose the nice formatting of the existing form in the Footer that a previous webmaster helped with.
