Not All Submissions Going to List

Hello,

I have a form that 13 people have filled out, but after several days, only 11 people are appearing in the list it is supposed to be feeding. The two people I’m missing are people I know personally. I have two questions.

1) What could be causing this? How do I fix it?

2) Is there a way to manually view submissions (I can’t find it) so that I could manually add them in?

PS – I also went into my mailchimp account on the main mailchimp website, same two are missing there too.
