Submitting Forms and Displaying the results, help?

Hello everyone!
I am still a WordPress beginner but I enjoy working with it so I decided to step it up a little. My plan is to establish a website where visitors will be able to submit a form to get listed on a list that will also be on the website. Point of it is to help younger youtubers/streamers meet with others, do collaborations and so on, you know the point. I will also establish other sources of meeting, but this is my plan for now. A WordPress page that has a form inside, you fill it ONLY ONCE per google account if possible, then using the specified data you get listed in a table of everyone else who submitted. I would also like to organize the table for example: newest joined, oldest joined, all the advanced stuff because I am expecting quite a number of submits.

What I’ve tried doing so far was doing the form using Google Forms and then embed it onto the website which I successfully did, but then I got stuck. I could access results in Google Sheets, but I couldn’t find a way to use the data from the sheets and display it on my website. I also don’t think I can embed the sheets.

Any kind of help would be very appreciated, I am using the free plan.
