Page Group with more than one form

Hi Michael Uno, thank’s for this plugin.

I have created a page-group with 4 sub-pages; than I have added a form in each sub-page.

In the databases is stored only the informations of the last form that I save.

What can I do to save the informations of all 4 forms?
