When I updated from the previous version of Gravity Forms Multi-Column to 2.0.1, the columns stopped working on the site and the Column option was no longer available in the Forms builder. I am on PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.20 and Gravity Forms 2.0.7.2. I reverted to Gravity Forms Multi-Column 1.1.0 on my live site so the columns would work (columns can be seen working properly here http://affirmativhealth.com/registration/ — see the Participant Information and Companion Information columns); however, I left 2.0.1 on my staging site for troubleshooting purposes (http://afh.staging.wpengine.com/registration/.)
