Hi,

When I activate WP Fastest Cache, The form returns csrf_failed. If I clear the cache it works fine for the first attempt and then returns the failed message after that.

I have disabled minify css and disabled minify js.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

George

Urgent Assistance Required – Forminator Forms Missing After Website Crash

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request your urgent assistance with a critical issue we are facing with the Forminator plugin on our website, www.lspr-education.com. We have been using your plugin for our booking forms, and it has been an essential part of our website’s functionality.

Unfortunately, our website experienced a crash two days ago, and we were forced to restore it from a backup. Although the restoration process was successful, we have discovered that all the forms created using the Forminator Pro plugin are now missing. The forms themselves still appear on the plugin’s homepage, but all the fields within the forms have disappeared.

This issue is causing significant disruption to our business, as we rely heavily on these booking forms to manage our operations. We kindly request your immediate attention and assistance in recovering the missing form fields and restoring the functionality of the Forminator Pro plugin on our website.

Please advise us on the steps we need to take to resolve this issue promptly. If there are any logs, backups, or additional information you require from our end, please let us know, and we will provide them to you without delay.

Thank you for your attention and assistance.

looking for form plugin

I’m looking for a form for our site that would have the capability of collecting digital signatures (box where people can write with their fingers, etc) and generating a pdf from the submission emailed back to them and to our local email address. I’m evaluating wpforms and formidable forms plugins. Looks like the features I would need run $400 per year, but wpforms doesn’t have the form to pdf and email not working on formidable forms so nothing ruled out, but wondering whether more sophisticated folks have other recommendations before I keep randomly downloading and evaluating other options (ninjaforms for example looks interesting). All I need is standard form features otherwise as the example indicates.

Amazing Support!

My clients were getting crushed with garbage forms submissions. I had to do something, after much research I landed on CleanTalk.

Wow was I surprised at how easy it was to implement and the pricing was very reasonable.

I went on to update my form and switched to HappyForms instead of the built-in Elementor. I needed a more sophisticated LOGIC based on customer input. Anyway, all of a sudden, nothing was getting through CleanTalk. At first, I thought it was something I was doing. I spent a fair amount of time troubleshooting. There are plenty of analytics to help troubleshoot.

I had to finally submitted a ticket to CleanTalk.

This is where the 5 STAR amazing support began! Wow, fast responses. I had a few back-n-forth emails, a video shared, and come to find out there was an issue with HappyForms. Well, CleanTalk didn’t just pass the buck and send me back to the other guy. They updated their plugin within hours and sent me an update. Installed and working!

If you need to stop spam from hitting your forms, look no further. Pricing, performance, and technical support are covered with CleanTalk.

What URL to use for a popup to turn off caching?

I have been advised to exclude all locations where our forms are being used on the site. I have one in an Elementor popup, so which URL should I use?

Integrating a Pricing Table into WordPress Forminator Plugin

I’m currently working on my WordPress website and need some assistance with integrating a pricing table into my registration form created by forminator. Here’s what I’m looking to achieve:

Objective: I’ve already set up my registration form using the Forminator plugin on my WordPress website(https://ageingcongress.org/register), you can visit the “registration form” section in the registration link provided.

I want to add a pricing table to that registration form created. The pricing table should display different registration types (Student, Speaker, Delegate, Exhibitor) along with their corresponding prices for both “Early Bird” and “Spot Reg” options. (you can refer to the sample pricing table https://gicbc.org/registration)

  1. Each row header (registration type) should function as a radio button, allowing users to select their preferred registration type. (as shown in the sample table)
  2. The form should automatically grab the price under “Early Bird” if the user’s selection falls within the early bird registration period. Otherwise, it should grab the price under “Spot Registration”. (we may add two more columns/fields later)
  3. It’s important to ensure that the selected price is captured and passed to the appropriate form inputs correctly.

Any help or guidance on how to achieve this integration would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

The solution to Zoho CRM Form Spam

So, my client has been dealing with spam through their Zoho CRM lead forms for over a year now. We have been in constant contact with Zoho support during this period and tried various solutions and option to try and combat the spam. At some point we realized that we are going to have to look for an external solution. This is when we discovered CleanTalk. From day 1 their team bent over backwards to assist us. Initially there were some name field attribute issues that caused a situation where not all form fields would pull through to Zoho correctly. We contacted Zoho to ask them if we could rename these attributes, but unfortunately those fields are part of their core system, which is completely understandable. I then reported this back to CleanTalk and low and behold, they found a solution and updated their plugin accordingly for use cases like ours. This is what the CleanTalk team does, they treat each case individually and and improve their system accordingly on a continuos basis. This way we all reap the benefit from a solid anti-spam system. Thanks Eugene, Kate and devs, your work is well appreciated.
