How To Layer Slide Form
Hello everyone, been searching but no luck with what Im trying to do. Also tried LayerSider WP but don’t know if its possible.
I simply want to have a page with example ” Enter Email”, then once they click, the next portion of the form slides in and the first one goes away, after they input that info, the next form slides into the page, at the end, forms gets emailed to me. Must me some type of form slider script. Here is an example of the exact form I want to create. If you put any email, you will see the next form slides in. If anyone can guide me as to what type of plugin I should be looking for. Thank You

Humongous Bug
On android and on Firefox, these lock down form fields.
Firefox, can’t enter any text.
Android, can’t modify at least select and text fields.
This needs to be fixed asap. Of course we have since uninstalled it and used another plugin but just wanted to give you a heads up since someone gave it to me.

security and spam protection plugin that works with GiveWP
Hey Matt and GiveWP team!
I’m using contact form 7 and we’re receiving too many spam and ads messages. Also, I’m worried spammers/attackers might target GiveWP donation form. So I’m considering installing a plugin for security and spam prevention. I like Wordfence but it makes the website slow. My question is, will any security or spam prevention plugin cause conflict with GiveWP? especially that we’re only using PayPal standard and I’m worried that the security plugin might prevent IPN messages from reaching the website, so which plugin you’d recommend in this case?
we’re based in Turkey so we can’t accept Stripe and we can’t use any of the payment gateways you provide, so we have to stick with PayPal for now.

Demo Site Ninja Form Testing
Is there any way to view/test the Ninja Form as a way to collect info?
The ‘Preview’ link goes to a ‘Page Not Found’, and there are no ‘Submissions’ found in the backend.

Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.
Today updating the plug-in failed.Not visible in Plug-in list any more. Installing updated version of the plug-in failed. Error message: Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.
What to do now? Ik hope the forms I made before the updating will still be there?

Need emailable answer form

I want to ad a form to my site that my readers can use to answer bible course questions and then just hit a button to send it to me for correction. There are several questions that will need written answers. Anyone out there know of a free plugin or a way of doing this in WP. Its just like taking a test with written question. They fill in the answers and send.

Work across multiple sites?
Suppose I have 5 or 6 different websites and I want the CF7 form on each site to send its collected data to the same google sheet. Is that possible? If so, will it automatically just add a new row for each entry?
Something like this:

Support for AMP Pages on Contact Form 7
I tested AMP for WordPress plugin, AMP plugin and Glue for Yoast SEO & AMP plugin on many websites.
Contact Form 7 don’t work well in AMP version of my websites.

Building a search form
Are there any example available on how to build a search form with the free version?
I am looking to build a search form with selectable parameters and then display the JSON results returned via Get. Looking to be pointed in the right direction if this is possible.
Is this possible with the free version?

Finding Forms
Hello,
I have semi-inherited the internal website for the company I work for. I am currently working on providing staff the ability to request updates to their department staff changes. I have found the Gravity Forms “Directory Change Request” form that was created; however, I do not see the form/page implemented (no link to it) within the website and I do have recent (as of 2/2017) requests that were submitted. The questions I have currently is:
1) Is there a way to find which page the form is linked on (clearly it is somewhere on the site).
2) If not is there a way redirect the form to go to a new email (I’m presuming that it is sending via email)?

Update Profile
1. The Profile Update button is not working on the form that I edited. I took the original profile form and added a ton of options to it.
2. Also, when in the account they can’t view their account settings,etc.
3. Member Galleries- I was able to get them to show up on a page, but when clicked a person can’t view it without logging in. I want guests of the website to be able to view the gallery info without having to login.

Field drop down options no longer showing
Hi!
Thanks for an awesome theme.
Since the last update, the drop down options of a field on our forms of any type are no longer displaying drop down options correctly.
Instead some empty fields are displayed beneath the field title.
I can’t figure it out since I have added no new plugins, and it worked perfectly before.
In an effort to fix this I removed some plugins that I just had installed but was not using, in case there was conflict there, no changes.
I’ve checked it on android device, desktop firefox, chrome and still the same issue.
I’ve removed all browser cache and checked for flash and java updates in case that was causing the problem.
It’s a live site been running stunningly well until now, so now I am stumped.
Is there any conflict with Ultimate Member plugin on forms fields? It’s been running fine using that plugin until the last update.
Any assistance to try figure out where the conflict is, or how to fix this to work the way it used to would be highly appreciated.

After searching for a reliable, flexible but not too complicated forms plugin, I have found Ninja Forms and their add-ons to be easy to use and reliable. If something is not working they always take good care of me.

Plugin that Allows Users to Fill out Forms on Mobile Devices
My website is a directory that allows users to list themselves or their business online. Yet, in order to fill out the form you have to be on a desktop… which is not realistic in today’s world as most people use their mobile devices for online activity. Thus, is their a plugin that can automatically update the forms so that users can input info on a mobile device or do I have to change the entire theme?

Completed Forms not available
Our office has two computers: an older one that runs Windows 7 and the new one that runs Windows 10. When looking at our wordpress dashboard, only the old computer has an option to view forms that clients have submitted via our website (this is an intake form). The new computer doesn’t show that option in the sidebar. Now the old computer is not loading wordpress at all so we need to figure this out ASAP for the new computer. Please help!
